R:COM Reports offer a wide choice of reports that are easy to use and provide essential management information to help you monitor vehicle activity and performance. The reports can be used for a variety of purposes such as electronic timesheets, for example, or for providing your customers with proof of service. You can choose which report to run depending on the type and level of information you require, from a minute-by-minute audit trail of each vehicle to a list of exceptions made by a vehicle, including visits to barred locations.
A selection of the many reports available are as follows:

This report gives an overview of journey information for the selected vehicle. The report shows start and stop locations, the time taken and the distance travelled for each journey.

This report uses a ‘breadcrumb’ trail of positions to show the route taken on the trip. The journey starts on Green and ends on Red with each breadcrumb position date and time stamped and also displaying the vehicle speed at that time.

Details the time spent at each location, useful for both management and the qualification of arrival time and departure time for preparation of invoices based on time spent on site.
